You can add as many requests as you want to your board. We'll action them one at a time in the order they are received.

Pro Plan: With the Pro plan, we can action two requests at a time, doubling the output if you need more work done quickly.
Most requests are completed within 48-hours on average, however more complex tasks can take longer.
We use Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma for most of our work. If you require work in a specific format or using a particular software, just let us know!
If you don't have enough work to fill a full month's subscription, you can pause your subscription. When you pause, the remaining days of your current billing cycle are saved and can be used whenever you resume.

Example: If you sign up and use the service for 21 days, then pause your subscription, you'll have 10 days of service remaining. These 10 days can be used anytime in the future.

Billing Cycle: Our billing cycle is based on a 31-day period. This flexibility ensures you only pay for the time when you actually have work to be done.
